Oracle Retail Merchandising System is part of Oracle Retail’s Merchandise Operations Management solution group.

Origin Forwards have been asked to assist in resourcing for a large scale Oracle Retail implementation which begins initially in Sweden, with future plans to roll out across Europe.

The client is looking to implement across a number of module areas and are looking for independent consultants to assist with the delivery of this project if you have experience in the below module areas then please get in touch with an up to date copy of your CV. The project is earmarked to start after the summer. These are early stages however the client is requesting profiles immediately. The client is looking for 5 separate profiles, I understand due to the nature of the clients there will obviously be overlaps in profiles and if you are suitable to carry out more than 1 position then please state which position your skill-set fits.

The 5 profiles are below, Business, Functional and Technical Consultants are required on each skillset.

Skill set 1 • Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS): Purchasing
Skill set 2 Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS): Merchandising Management (Allocation and Replenishment)
Skill set 3 Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS): Financial management (stock ledger, invoice matching)
Skill set 4 RPAS (Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server) including configuration tools
Skill set 5 Store Inventory Management (SIM)

Details: This role is for a business consultant to act as a liaison between the technical teams and the end-users. You will be managing expectations of the end-users and helping to turn functional specifications into technical requirements which the developers can then implement.
